摘  要:采用高山红景天种子、试管苗叶片诱导的愈伤组织在不同条件下进行培养,测定红景天甙含量.结果表明:红景天甙含量受光温条件的影响,在温度为16,20,24,28℃条件下,24℃时含量最高,在光照时间为10,12,14,16 h条件下,14 h时含量最高;在蔗糖浓度分别为2%,2.5%,3%,3.5%,4%条件下,3.5%浓度时含量最高;不同继代时间对含量无明显影响.The callus induced from Rhodiola sachalinensis seeds and test-plate leaves grown under different culture conditions were used and their salidroside contents were analyzed. The results showed that the salidroside contents of Rhodiola sachalinensis were in the effects of light and temperature. Under the temperatures of 16,20,24,28 ℃ , the highest callus salidroside content could be obtained under the temperature of 24 ℃. Under the light time of 10,12,14,16 hours, the the highest content appeared under the time of 14 hours. Under the sucrose concen- tration of 2 % ,2.5 %, 3 %, 3.5 %, 4 %, the highest content was showed under the concentration of 3.5 %. The callus salidroside content had no obvious divergence when grown under different maintaining time.
