曼陀罗和萝提藦取物对截形叶螨的驱避作用

摘　　要：应用干扰作用控制指数(IIPC)评价了曼陀罗与萝艹摩的甲醇和乙醇提取物对截形叶螨实验种群的干扰作用.其结果表明,2种植物的4种提取物对截形叶螨的产卵及幼螨的取食都有一定的驱避作用.曼陀罗的甲醇和乙醇提取物对截形叶螨的干扰作用控制指数分别为0.202,0.255,驱避效果分别为79.8%,74.5%;萝艹摩的甲醇和乙醇提取物对截形叶螨的干扰作用控制指数分别为0.307,0.344,驱避效果分别为69.3%,65.6%.IIPC （Interference index of population control） was applied to evaluate the effects of drive action of extracts from Datura stramonium and Metaplexis japonica to Tetranychus truncatus, which were extracted by methanol and alcohol. It showed that the four extracts of two plants have had the actions to oviposit and young Tetranychus truncatus. The IIPC of methanol and alcohol extracts from Datura stramonium were 0. 202 and 0. 255, the Metaplexis japonica were 0. 307 and 0. 344, and the effects of drive and escape were 69.3 % and 65.6 %.
