摘　　要：对清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院的钴源辐照装置进行了辐射屏蔽分析和环境辐射监测。17年的安全运行表明:完善的安全联锁系统,主要工作人员相对固定,不断强化安全意识,制定严格的管理制度,定期进行个人和环境辐射监测是保证装置安全运行的必要条件。The shielding protection ,dose survey and enviorenmental radiation protection of ^60Co source in Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology of Tsinghua University are summarized. The ^60Co irradiation equipment has run about seventeen years successfully. It reveals that the effective interlock system, operation by specialists, management strictly and effectively, rcasonable regulatory system are very important for its safety running.
