海文螺旋藻健血片对动物造血功能的影响

摘　　要：海文螺旋藻健血片(HLJ)按3.0/kg和6.0g/kg给小白鼠灌胃,对腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)引起的小鼠网织红细胞下降有保护作用(P<0.01),对骨髓有核细胞下降和脾脏重量下降无保护作用(P>0.05);对皮下注射苯诱法的小鼠网织红细胞下降,血红蛋白下降和脾脏重量下降均有一定的保护作用(P<0.01),但对骨髓有核细胞下降无保护作用;对大鼠人工心脏失血性贫血,6.0g/kg剂量组有促进血红蛋白升高的作用(P<0.01)。Administrated to mice i. g. in the dosages of 3. 0 g/kg and 6. 0 g/kg,Haiwen Luoxuanzao Jianxuepian (HLJ) improved the decrease of reticulocytes induced by Cyclophos-phamide (CTX) i. p. (P <0. 01). But it had no protective effects on the decrease of-ery-throblast in bone marrow and weight of the spleen ( P X). 05). It increased the number of reticulocytes, quantity of hemoglobin and weight of mice spleen which were injected with benzene s. b. ( P <0. 01). However.it did not interfere in the decrease of erythroblast in bone marrow induced by benzene. It also promoted the quantity of hemoglobin in the case of anemia caused by artifical depletion from the heart.
