摘　　要：目的调查顺德区一般人群艾滋病病毒感染情况,为制定艾滋病预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对2004年顺德区各医院普通就诊者,自愿检测者、无偿献血者共56 021份血样标本进行艾滋病抗体检测。结果检出HIV抗体阳性17例,阳性率为0.03%。结论顺德区一般人群HIV感染率略有上升,提示应加强宣传教育,采取积极有效的监测和防制措施,遏制艾滋病感染的上升势头。To investigate the infection of HIV among common population of Shunde District and provide scientific basis for establishing AIDS controlling strategies. [Methods] 56 21 blood samples of patients, volunteers and blood donators were detected for HIT antibody. [Restults] 17 cases were detected positive HIV antibody with a positive rate of 0.03%. [Conclusion] The infection rate of HIV among common population of Shunde is increasing, which calls for more health education, effective supervision and prevention measures.
