摘　　要：动物实验替代方法(3R)的研究与实践是解决动物保护和动物实验之间矛盾的重要手段,以3R原则为指导而进行的动物生理学实验教学改革使教学中动物实验呈现一个全新的面貌。The study and practice of alternative methods to animal experiment （3R） is an important way between animal protection and animal experiment. The teaching reform based on the theory of 3R zoophysiology greatly changes the old mode of animal experimentation in university to balance the conflict to the experiment
