摘　　要：为既保证消除输电阻塞又保持了电网的购电费用最小,对消除输电阻塞进行了研究,引进机组对各线路潮流值的贡献度的概念,按照逐次处理过载最严重线路以及优先调整贡献度最大的机组出力原则,并采取调整阻塞费用最小的方法,建立规划模型.In order both to guarantee the elimination of electricity transmission obstruction and to mini- mize the purchase costs of power network, this paper studies the elimination of electricity transmission obstruction, introduces the concept of the contribution degree of generator units to tidal current values of every line. A planning model is established according to the principles of dealing one by one with the most overloading lines and first adjusting the generator units with the most contribution degree and by means of the method of minimizing adjustment costs.
