摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对高龄及高危前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法对113例高龄高危BPH患者行TURP。结果行一次电切111例,二次电切2例,随访3～24月。国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前(28.2±2.9)分降至术后(8.2±3.5)分;最大尿流率(MFR)由术前(5.3±3.7)mL/s升至术后(18.5±4.6)mL/s;剩余尿量(RU)由术前(265.0±82.5)mL降至术后(26.5±11.5)mL。结论经尿道前列腺电切术是治疗高龄高危BPH患者安全有效的方法。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of transurethral ,esection of the prostate（TURP） on senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. [Methods] Turp was performed in 113 senior and risk patients with BPH. [Results] TURP was success fully co,npieted on session in 111 cases and a second operation was required in the remaining 2 cases. Follow-up checkups for 3-24 months. Pre- and post-operatively, the international prostate symptom score （IPSS） were （28.2±2.9） and （8.2±3.5）, the maximum flow rate （MFR） were （5.3±3.7） mL/s and （18.5±4.6） mL/s, and the residual urine （RU） were （265.0±82.5） mL and （26.5±11.5） mL. [Conclusions] It is suggested that transurethral rcsection of the prostate is effective and safe to deal with the patients with BPH in senior and high risk.
