雌激素促进药物流产后子宫内膜修复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨在药物流产后使用雌激素对缩短阴道出血时间的作用。方法：将早孕行药物流产者随机分为试验组和对照组各52例。两组均在胎囊完全排出后服用促子宫收缩的中成药1周，试验组从胎囊排出的第2天开始每天服用雌激素补佳乐1mg，14～18天。观察两组阴道出血时间、子宫内膜修复和宫内残留情况。结果：试验组药物流产后阴道出血时间平均为10．61天，明显短于对照组15．7天（t=5．802，P〈0．05）。药物流产后2周，B超检查试验组中55．77％（29／52）有内膜修复，而对照组只有17．31％（9／52）修复，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：药物流产胎囊排出后加用雌激素，可促进子宫内膜修复，缩短阴道出血时间。Objective： To observe the effect of estrogen on endometrium and vaginal bleeding duration after medical abortion. Methods： 52 women with medical abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Women all in two groups took Chinese patent medicines for one week after embryo was ejected, at the same time, women in the observation group took orally ling of Progynva every day for 14～18days on second day of embryo ejected. Bleeding duration, endometrium regeneration and remaining were analysed. Results： Average bleeding duration in observation group was 10.61 days, lower than that （15.73 days） in the control group （t = 5.802, P 〈 0.05）. 55.77% （29/52） of cases in observation group reganerated endometrium, but only 17,31% （9/52） of Cases in control group regenerated endometrium （2 = 7.741, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Estrogen can promote endometrium regeneration and shortening bleeding duration after medical abortion.
