清胰消积方对实验性胰腺癌体内生长和细胞周期的影响  

Impact of QINGYIXIAOJI Formula on Proliferation and Cell Cycle of Experimental Pancreatic Cancer in Vivo

摘　　要：目的:研究中药清胰消积方对人胰腺癌细胞株SW1990的体内抑瘤作用及其对细胞周期的影响。方法:荷瘤裸小鼠随机分为对照组、5-FU组、中药不同剂量组,治疗后计算抑瘤率,以流式细胞术检测肿瘤的细胞周期分布。结果:中药小、中、大剂量组抑瘤率分别为21.31%、38.16%及29.09%;细胞增殖指数为15.33%、15.78%及15.74%,均小于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组的G0/G1期细胞比例高于对照组,G2/M低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胰消积中药对人胰腺癌体内生长有抑制作用,其机理之一是阻止肿瘤细胞进入增殖周期。Objective： To explore the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi Xiaoji Formula （QYXJ） on the proliferation and cell cycles of human pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990 in vivo. Methods： Tumor burdened nude mice were randomized into control group, 5-Fu group, and QYXJ groups at different doses. After treatment, inhibiting rates of tumor growth were calculated. The ratio of the cell cycles was measured by flow cytometry. Results： Inhibiting rate of tumor growth in the QYXJ groups was 12.31%, 38.16% and 29.09%. Proliferation Index was 15.33%, 15.78% and 15.74% respectively, significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The proportion of ceils in G0/G1 phase was larger, and that in G2/M phase was smaller for the QYXJ groups than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： QYXJ decotion may inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer in vivo, possibly by blocking the cancer cells entering the proliferative phase.
