亚健康中医基本证候调查问卷的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的:检测亚健康中医基本证候调查问卷的信度和效度。方法:采用现场调查的方式,由被访者本人和调查员共同填写该问卷,收回有效问卷3624份。结果:通过内部一致性信度检验,在躯体、生活、情志、精力、社会等模块信度较好,均高于0.6;只有禀赋模块的信度低于0.6。问卷总体的克朗巴赫α系数为0.9309,折半系数为0.7533。效度方面,亚健康人群、健康人群在症状条目和生存质量条目的得分均有显著性的差异,显示了本问卷较好的区分效度。结构效度采用因子分析法,按特征根值>1提取其因子,共提取因子22个,累计贡献率为55.61%。结论:该调查问卷具有较好的信度、效度,在亚健康研究和评定中具有一定的实用价值。Objective： To test reliability and validity of basic symptom about the sub-health Methods： Thought spot-survey, the paper is filled in by investigator and informant. We have received 3624 valid papers. Results： By the test of inemal consistency method of reliability （Cronbach＇s alpha、split-half reliability coefficient）, the domains of body、life、mood、energy、society have high reliability-above 0.6; the reliability of domain in constitution is below 0.6. The Cronbaeh＇s alpha and split-half reliability coefficient of the total paper are 0.9309 and 0.7533. There are notability difference in mean scores between the people of health and sub-health people in symptom items and quality of life （QOL） items. So the paper has a high distinguish validity. The method of construct validity is factor analysis. There are 22 factors that the Eigenvalue is above 1. The Cumulative Proportion is 55.61%. Concltsion： The paper has a good reliability and validity. It can be used in the study of sub-health.
