摘 要:分别用0,1,10,100-1000mg·L^-1水杨酸(SA)溶液处理离体的苹果叶片.5d后调查衰老情况.并测定与衰老有关的生理生化指标。结果表明:1-100mg·L^-1SA处理使苹果叶片保持较长时间的绿色,并使叶片衰老过程中具有较低的电解质相对渗出率及POD,SOD活性和MDA含量。而可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量较高。1~100mg·L^-1 SA能延缓离体苹果叶片衰老,以10-100mg·L^-1 SA处理效果较好,而1000mg·L^-1 SA对叶片产生伤害。Unbodied apple leaves were treated respectively with 0,1,10,100,1 000 mg·L^-1 SA. Decrepit situations of the leaves were researched after being treated five days, and several physiological indices related to senescence were mensurated. The results showed that apple leaves treated by 1-100 mg·L^-1 SA kept their green color longer than theCK died, and the relative exudation rate of the electrolyte and the activities of POD and SOD and the content of MDA decreased, while the contents of soluble protein and amino acid and sugar increased as well as the content of Chlorophylls. 1 100 mg·L^-1 SA treatments increased anti-senescence ability of the leaves, while the treatment of 1000 mg·L^-1 SA harmed the leaves.
