摘  要:汽轮发电机氢系统漏氢量(率)的大小是机组运行的主要技术指标之一,漏氢直接影响机组的安全、可靠运行。山西漳山发电厂扩建工程2×300 MW为水-氢-氢冷汽轮发电机组。在安装阶段,采用优化工艺,在发电机外端盖、氢气冷却器及罩壳、发电机出线罩、发电机轴密封装配、发电机气体管道、密封油等系统安装时,控制漏氢量(率)。试运结果表明:氢系统漏氢气量为5.3 m3/天。The quantity of hydrogen leakage rate of the generator hydrogen system is one of the main technical indexes for the unit operation and the hydrogen leakage has direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the units. The expansion project (2 ×300 MW) of Shanxi Zhangshan Power Plant adopts water - hydrogen - hydrogen cooling turbine - generator unit. During installation the optimized procedures were used, which include the control of hydrogen leakage rate in the installation process for outer end cover of generator, hydrogen cooler and its easing, generator outlet casing, generator gas pipe, sealing oil system, etc. The commissioning result indicate that the hydrogen leakage rate of the hydrogen system is 5.3 m^3/day.
