摘  要:目的分析卷丹及其水提液中亲脂性成分。方法采用气质联用技术对卷丹的三氯甲烷提取物和卷丹水提液的三氯甲烷萃取物进行成分分析,通过质谱棒图分析及NIST98谱库检索,确定化合物结构,采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的百分含量。结果从卷丹鳞叶的三氯甲烷提取物中共鉴定出35种亲脂性成分,占总含量的69.8%,卷丹水提液的三氯甲烷萃取物中共鉴定出15种化合物。结论卷丹中的部分低极性成分在水提液中具有一定的溶出度,本实验为进一步研究卷丹的药效物质基础提供借鉴。OBJECTIVE To analyze the categories of Dahurian Lily and the lipophilic components in its water extract. METHOD GC - MS method was used to analyze the contents of the extract of Dahurian Lily; mass spectnun bar graph analysis and NIST98 spectrum retrieval were employed to determine the structure of the compound; peak area normalization method was used to determine the percentage content of each component. RESULT 35 kinds of lipophilic componets were identified from the extract of scale leaves of Dahurian Lily, accounting for 69.8% ; 15 kinds of compounds were identified from the water extract of Dahurian Lily. CONCLUSION Part of the low- polarity components in Dahurian Lily has certain dissolution rate. This experiment has provided references for further study of the phannacodynamic basis of Dahurian Lily.
