健脑复智口服液治疗血管性痴呆30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的；探讨健脑复智口服液对血管性痴呆（VD）的疗效及机理。方法：按标准选择45-80岁VD患者50例，随机分为受试组和对照组。受试组口服健脑复智口服液，对照组口服都可喜片。治疗前及治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月查MMSE积分、BBS积分、中医证候指标，治疗前及治疗后3个月查经颅多普勒（TCD），并进行统计学分析。结果：受试组与治疗组MMSE积分、BBS积分、中医证候指标、TCD等治疗前后差异有显著性。结论：健脑复智口服液对VD有较好疗效。Objective：To probe the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid for treatment of vascular dementia （VD）. Methods： Fifty cases conformed with the diagnostic criteria of VD,aged 45-80 years were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated with oral administration of Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid and the control group with Duxil. MMSE score,BBS score,TCM syndrome indexes before and 1,2,3 months after treatment were detected,and transcracial Doppler＇s detection（TCD） was carried out before and 3 months after treatment ,and the results were analyzed. Results： There were significant differences in MMSE score, BBS score, TCM syndrome indexes and TCD before and after treatment in both groups. Conclusion ：Jiannao Fuzhi Oral Liquid has definite therapeutic effect on VD.
