金思维改善社区可疑痴呆老年人记忆减退症状的随访研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金思维对可疑痴呆老年人记忆减退的作用。方法:应用临床痴呆评定表在社区老年及老年前期人群中筛选出可疑痴呆患者75例,采用随机双盲双模拟对照法给药观察,在基线点、3个月和1年后进行神经心理学评价。结果:服用3个月后,金思维组与脑复康组疗效差异无显著性;而1年后随访,金思维组记忆分值的提高明显优于脑复康组(P<0.05)和安慰剂组(P<0.01)。结论:金思维具有改善和延缓可疑痴呆老年人记忆衰退的作用。Objective ：To observe therapeutic effect and delaying action of Jingsiwei on hypomnesis in the elderly with questionable dementia （QD）. Methods：Seventy-five cases of QD were screened by clinical dementia evaluating scale in senile and pre-senile population in community, and neuropsychologic evaluation was carried out at the basic line point, 3 months and one year later with random double blind method and double simulation controlled administration. Results： After medication of 3 months, there was no significant difference between the Jinsiwei group and the Piracetam group in the therapeutic effect; and after follow-up for one year,the increase of memory score in Jinsiwei group was significantly superior to that in the Piracetam group（P〈0. 05） and the placebo group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Jinsiwei has the action of improving and delaying hypomnesis in the elderly with questionable dementia.
