摘　　要：针对智能电器监控单元对现场参量检测及进行控制的各种要求,提出了智能电器监控单元的通用软件模型。采用实时多任务调度为基础的模块化、层次化结构,设计了一种面向智能电器监控单元的通用实时操作系统内核。Considering all kinds of demands of digital relay for monitor and control, the general software model of digital relay was put forward and a kind of general kernel of real time operating system for digital relay with the modularization and layering structure based on the technology of multitask schedule was designed.
