摘  要:采用组织培养技术研究杀虫单在小鼠脏器组织中的体外转化及其机理。在小鼠组织培养时加入定量杀虫单观察和比较其转化成沙蚕毒的活性大小,其中以肝脏为最大,其他组织的转化活性按其大小顺序排列为:全血>十二指肠粘肠>胃粘膜>肾脏>全脑>脾脏>心脏>骨胳肌。这种活性差异似和各组织的巯基含量的高低相关。用加热法灭活酶后,对杀虫单的转化活性并无改变,提示此种转化应属非酶促反应。The conversion of the insecticidal compound,sod,amm,dimethyl-2-(propano-1,3dithiosulfate)monohydrate(SCD)to nereistoxin in the mouse ongans and its mechanism were investigated with the technique of tissue culture.The activities of SCD converting to nereistoxin were observed and compared in mouse tissue culture added by definite SCD,of which the activity in the liver was the biggest.The sequence of the converting activities in other tissues was as follows:whole blood,mucous membrance of the duodenum,kidney,gastric Juicous membrane,brain, spleen,heart and skeletal muscle.The differences of the activities seemed to be related to the contents of hydrosulfide group.The converting activity of SCD wasn't changed after heating,It was suggseted that the conversion should be non-enzymatic reaction.
