摘　　要：发展集体经济“是又一个很大的前进”,是邓小平关于“中国社会主义农业的改革和发展”理论不可或缺的组成部分。从实践来看,要“长期稳定并不断完善以家庭承包经营为基础、统分结合的双层经营体制”,就必须改变“统”“分”失衡的现状,大力发展统分结合的集体层经营,壮大农村集体所有制经济,强化多种模式的合作经济,发展作为混合经济模式的合作农场。That developing collective economy 'is another great progress' is an indispensable part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory about 'the agricultural reform and development of China's socialism.' In view of practice, to stabilize and perfect the dual-layered managing system that based on household contract management in the long run, we have to change the present state with imbalanced 'unity' and 'division,' develop the collective management with integrated unity and division, invigorate the rural economy of collective ownership and strengthen the cooperated farm in various modes.
