摘　　要：根据药物累计法与药理效应法原理，分别以动物死亡为指标，测出山大黄消炎止血胶囊在不同时间的体存率及毒代、药代动力学参数。Based on residual accumulation and biophase availabilty principles and using animal death rate as index,determination has been carried out of the residual accumulation rate as well as the toxicokinetic and pharmacokinetic parameters at different times of the Shandahuang Xiaoyan Zhixue Capsules.
