摘　　要：针对乳液聚合物的特性和输送泵密封现状,阐述了现有密封形式———填料密封的不足,根据非接触式机械密封技术,介绍了一种可用于乳液聚合物输送泵的新型液膜润滑非接触式机械密封。通过实验研究和工业应用考核,此新型密封具有优良的密封性、稳定性、可靠性和经济性,可实现胶乳的零泄漏。Aimed at the characteristics of emulsion polymers and present sealing situation of the transportation pump,this paper states the shortcomings of the present sealing,packing sealing,presents a new kind of sealing,i.e.,liquid membrane lubrication non-crntacting mechanical sealing,usable in emulsion polymer transportation pump.It is indicated by experimental study and commercial application test that the new type of sealing has good impermeability,stability,reliability and economics,able to reach the goal of zero leakage of latex.
