摘　　要：讨论了面向应用特制的嵌入式操作系统[1]的一般功能和特征,给出了ASOS资源管理模型结构,并提出了以推理规则为基础的软件实现框架。最后以嵌入式视频服务器为应用背景,试验结果验证了该模型和算法的有效性。This paper investigates the possibility of applying conception of QoS in the field of resource management in application specific operating system（ASOS） for handling multi-resource environments, and it develops a policy based approach to resource management to support quality of service, it also presents the general strategy, the design of a solution realizing the this approach, and a preliminary prototype implementation based on this architecture. Experimental result proves the availability of the algorithm.
