摘　　要：西南喀斯特地区由于经济发展滞后,人力资源开发水平低,严重制约了县域经济的发展。要实现西南喀斯特地区经济社会的可持续发展,需从以下四点入手:加大农村"两基"普及力度,大力发展职业技术教育,建立健全农村社会保障体系,维护良好的生态环境。In karat areas in southwestern China, backward economic development and low level of human resource development badly hamper the development of county economies. In order to accomplish sustainable economic and social development in the areas, it is necessary to start from the following four aspects ： intensifying efforts to make nine - year compulsory education basically universal and basically eliminate illiteracy among young and middle-aged adults in rural areas, vigorously developing vocational and technical education, establishing a rural social security system, and preserving the natural environment.
