摘 要:级联型多电平逆变器由于其显著特点,受到了电力电子技术人员的广泛关注。通过对级联型多电平逆变器几种典型控制方法的分析比较,提出了一种改进多载波脉宽调制(PWM)控制方法。该方法通过改变载波的幅值,使级联逆变器的各个逆变单元开关规律相同,并使所有的开关器件的损耗一致,有利于保证逆变单元使用寿命的一致和提高整个装置的可靠运行性能。研制了一套串联2单元5电平逆变器,采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件实现了所提出的控制方法,控制精度高、抗干扰能力强。实验结果证明了该方法的可行性。Cascaded multilevel inverter has attracted great attention because of its marked virtue. By comparing several typical control strategies for cascaded multilevel inverters, an improved multicarrier pulse width modulation (PWM) control strategy is proposed. Under this control strategy, all inverter cells have the same switching strategy and the same switching loss. Those virtues are beneficial to stipulate the concordant application time of the inverter cells and improve the safe running of the whole equipment. A cascaded 5-level 2-cell inverter is developed in laboratory. Its controller is designed by the field programmable gate array (FPGA) with high control precision and better anti-disturbance ability. The experiment results validate the feasibility of the control method.
