摘 要:通常由氯化钴与碳酸钠制备的碳酸钴粉末中氯的含量比较高,而且难以去除,这不利于碳酸钴的广泛应用。本文研究了降低合成碳酸钴中氯离子的方法,探讨了反应物CoCl2溶液初始浓度、pH值、加料方式等条件对氯离子含量的影响,并用电渗析方法对氯离子进行特殊处理,获得了氯含量为0.01%的碳酸钴粉末。Due to somewhat higher chloride in cobaltous carbonate prepared by cobaltous chloride and sodium carbonate,its application is limited. The methods of decreasing chloride from cobaltous carbonate were researched. Influence of initial concentration of CoCl2,Value of pH and the add way of reactants on the efficiency of removing chloride was investigated. Electrodialysis, which was introduced to remove chloride from cobaltous carbonate at room temperature, was adopted in this paper. Under the above mentioned conditions, the cobaltous carbonate powder with 0.01% chloride is prepared.
