摘 要:根据非均匀应力场中带角焊缝钢结构应力强度因子的计算方法和Wheeler超载模型,编写出疲劳寿命计算程序。用它计算了在17级温度谱载下管端推力(矩)引起的焦炭塔堵焦阀接管焊缝的变幅值热疲劳裂纹扩展寿命,对不同的初始裂纹作了疲劳寿命预测,并与仅受轴向、径向温差及接管温差载荷作用下的等幅值疲劳寿命相比较。According to the calculation method of SIF for corner welds of steel structures under the nonuniform stress field and Wheeler Overload Model, a calculation program was compiled. The program was employed to calculate crack propagation life of thermal variable amplitude fatigue under 17 step temperature load spectrum caused by thrust forces and moments of a pipe end for the nozzle weld of block coke valve of a coke tower. With different initial crack sizes, the crack propagation lifes under the spectrum were calculated which also were compared with the ones of thermal constant amplitude load subject to axial and radial temperature loads as well as to the temperature gradient load around the nozzle. The comparision results show that the main reason causing the crack propagation is the thermal variable amplitude load.
