针灸对肾阳虚睾丸功能损害大鼠作用的实验研究

摘　　要：采用腺嘌呤灌喂大鼠，诱发肾阳虚睾丸功能损害病理模型，然后针灸大鼠的“肾俞”、“关元”穴区进行实验观察。结果显示，针灸能促使模型动物机体功能活动增强，睾丸生精功能明显改善，精子数量、质量以及生育力显著提高，并使降低的内分泌激素（ＬＨ、Ｔ、Ｆ）水平显著升高。表明针灸具有助阳生精和调节内分泌的作用。Feeding adenine was used for inducing the rat pathologic model of kidney Yang-defficiency with lesion of testis functions,which then received acupuncture and moxibustion on Shenshu (BL23 ) and Guanyuan (CV4)point regions. Results indicated that acupuncture and moxibustion increased functional activity of the organism,obviously improved spermatic function of the testis,elevated markedly spermatic quantity and quality and fertility,and reduced the remarkable increase of endocrine hormonal (LH,T, F ) levels. It is suggested that acupuncture andmoxibustion have the functions of restoring Yang and promoting spermatogenesis and regulating the endocrene system.
