摘　　要：[目的]探讨深静脉置管在严重烧伤病人中的应用与管理，以建立有效安全的静脉通路。[方法]对106例严重烧伤病人采用深静脉置管，执行置管操作规范及观察护理常规，拔管后导管末端做血培养，并就置管部位、拔管原因、留置天数进行分析。[结果]无一例出现导管脱出及局部出血、血气胸、静脉拴塞等并发症。1例导管末端细菌培养结果为阳性，发生率为0．94％，其余培养结果均为阴性。[结论]只要加强对置管操作、护理等的全程控制，深静脉置管术能有效避免并发症的发生，值得临床推广。Objective： To probe into both the application and management of deep vein tube indwelling in severe burn patients, and to set up an effective and safe venous channel. Method： A total of 106 severe burn patients underwent deep vein tube indwelling were performed based on the operating specification and nursing observation routine. Both the ends of the tubes and blood sample of all cases were cultured right after tube withdrawal. Then the location of endovascular prosthesis, the reasons of extubation, and tube indwelling time of all cases were analyzed. Result; None of the patients underwent tube indwelling had the complications of catheter such as exodus, focal hemorrhage, hemopneumothorax or venous embolism and so on. Only one case had positive result of bacterial culture, which accounted for 0.94%. The others had negative results of bacteria culture. Conclusion： All complications of deep vein tube indwelling can be avoided as long as the whole procedure including the catheter indwelling operation and nursing care were controlled, which is worth to be extended.
