电子排队系统在门诊管理中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]改进门诊病人多、流量大、秩序繁乱、管理困难这一长期存在的问题。[方法]门诊部在诊室、抽血室、注射室应用了电子排队系统。[结果]应用电子排队系统后改善了病人的就诊秩序，也使等候抽血、注射的病人能“心中有数”，安定情绪，从而提升了医院门诊的服务管理。[结论]电子排队系统提高了门诊工作效率和服务质量。Objective： To improve the problems existed for a long time in outpatient clinic such as too populous patients, with large flow, in indiscriminate order and difficult to manage etc. Method： The electronic queuing system was applied in consulting room, blood sample collection room and injecting room of outpatient clinics. Result： After applied the electronic queuing system, on one hand visiting order of patients was improved. On another hand, it makes patients who were waiting for sample collection or injection know fairly well and in stable emotion, so as to promote the service management of outpatient clinic. Conclusion： The electronic queuing system had raised both the work ratio and the service quality of outpatient clinic.
