摘　　要：《云南省禁毒条例》已由云南省第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议于2005年3月25日修订通过,2005年5月1日起施行。《云南省禁毒条例》共六章49条。为了更好地学习、贯彻和落实条例,由云南警官学院法律系部分教授、学者编写的《云南省禁毒条例》释义,言简意赅、深入浅出,具有较高的理论依据和水平,又有解读条例的科研见解,是指导禁毒工作“四禁”并举、堵源截流、预防为主、标本兼治、严格执法、综合治理的研究论文、值得关注!(本期刊登一至三章)Yunnan Provincial Drug Control Regulation adopted at the Fifteenth Session of the Seventh National People＇s Congress on March 25, 2005 and enters into force as of May 1,2005. The regulation includes 6 chapters and 49 articles. Some professors and scholars from Yunnan Police Officer Academy edited the manual Interpretation on Yunnan Provincial Drug Control Regulation to improve the learning, implementation of the regulation. The manual is a valuable research papers to guide drug control law enforcement with high theoretical level and academic opinion to interpret the regulation.
