摘　　要：公安院校档案管理工作既具有管理的职能,又具有永久保管档案资料,提供档案细胞系资源为领导决定及教学、科研服务。做到:1.学习专业及办公自动化知识;2.成为信息资源的管理者和分析、利用者;3.成为掌握现代科学技术的管理者。In police training school, arehives management has its function not only management, but also to keep archives permanently, serving for the leaders＇decision - making and teaching, research by way of supplying archives clone. As a person who in charge of the management, he must： 1. study the subject knowledge concerned and office automation, 2. be a manager, analyzer and utilizer of information resources; 3. be a manager to control modern science and technology.
