醒脑开窍针刺法对中风患者脑地形图的影响

摘　　要：针刺前后脑地形图变化比较，结果表明采用本法可以减少中风患者病理性高功率（θ及δ）波的出现，改善两侧脑电波的级差，从而提示脑细胞功能的恢复。针刺即刻即有疗效，持续治疗效果更佳（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。这无疑对醒脑开窍针刺法的临床疗效提供了一定的客观依据。Changes of cerebral topagraphic map before add after treatment with Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture therapy were compared. Results showed that acupuncture could reduce occurrence of the pathologicol high Power(Q and δ wave) in the patient of apolpexy and improve grade difference of the brain waves on the both sides, suggesting that cerebrocellular function recoveries. Acupuncture could produce immediately therapeutic effect and continuous treatment had better results(P<0. 05,p<0. 01). This provides undoubtedly an objective basis for clinical therapeutic effects of Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture therapy.
