摘　　要：总馆分馆制作为一种组织管理模式,根据隶属关系、管理方式等可分为不同的类型。总分馆制在资源共享方面优势明显,近年来在我国图书馆界得到越来越多的关注。一种基于共同的利益、兴趣自发形成的总馆分馆机制正悄然在我国图书馆界兴起,越来越多的图书馆认识到这种机制对于资源共享的优越性并尝试建立或加入总馆分馆体系,以实现图书馆之间的资源共享。The model of ＂central ＋ branch library＂ is a model for the organization and management of the library. According to the relations and the management styles, it shows as several kinds of different types. Central ＋ branch library has distinct advantages which show in resource sharing and gets more and more concerns on the circle of Chinese library in recent years. One kind of spontaneous ＂central ＋ branch library＂ operating mechanism that form of common interests and interest is rising quietly. More and more libraries realize its superiority to resources sharing, and they try to set up or join into the ＂central ＋ branch library＂ system in order to realize the resources sharing in a certain limit.
