委陵菜化学成分的研究

摘　　要：对委陵菜的化学成分进行研究,从中得到5个单体,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定为:2α-羟基乌苏酸(Ⅰ)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、5,7,4’-三羟基黄酮(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、胡罗卜苷(Ⅴ),均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Five compounds（ Ⅰ～Ⅴ ） were isolated from Potentilla chinensis Ser. On the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. Ⅰ～Ⅴ were identified as 2oL-hydroxyoleanolic acid （ Ⅰ） ,2α-hydroxyursolic acid （ Ⅱ ） ,5,7,4＇-trihydroxyflavone （ Ⅲ ）, β-sitosterol （ Ⅳ ）, daucostarine （ Ⅴ ）. All these compounds were isolated from Potentilla chinensis Ser for the first time.
