益心片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立益心片（人参、黄芪、川芎、五味子，丹参等）的质量标准。方法：用TLC法对人参、黄芪、川芎、五味子进行了定性鉴别；用HPLC法测定了益心片中丹酚酸B的含量。结果：定性鉴别分离度好，专属性强；丹酚酸B的含量测定中样品以100倍甲醇为溶媒，超声30min，在C18柱上以乙腈旬．05％磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱，在波长280nm处检测。丹酚酸B在0．12504～2.50080μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0，9999，平均加样回收率为99.35％，RSD为1．02％。结论：方法简便准确、灵敏度高，可用于益心片的质量控制。Objective：To determine the quality standard of Yixin Tablet. Methods： The nature differentiation of Radix Ginseng, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fructus Schisandrae was determined by TLC and content of salvianolic acid B in Yixin Tablet was determined by HPLC. Results： The nature differentiation separate degree is kind and special attribute was strong. The compounds were base-isolated on the column of C18 which gradient eluted with acetonitrile and H2O（0. 05% H3PO4 ） and detective wavelength was 280nm. The lineafity was obtained over the range of 0. 12504-2. 50080 I.Lg （ r = 0. 9999） and the average recovery rate was 99. 35%. Conclusion ： The method is simple, convenient and accurate. The sensitivity is high. It can be used in the quality control of Yixin Tablet.
