摘　　要：根据《中长期铁路网规划》，新一轮铁道建设迫在眉睫，而铁路网规划中的客运专线建设尤为引人注目，这是满足我国国民经济和社会发展需要的一个重要举措，也是我国铁路建设史上一个跨越式发展阶段。客运专线的建设给施工企业的发展带来了机遇，但能否在保证安全、质量、效益的目标下完成任务，也是施工企业面临的挑战。本期话题从设备管理的角度分析了客运专线建设的特点以及客运专线建设对施工企业设备能力的需求情况以及施工企业针对客运专线建设应采取的对策。The building passenger railways are not only uncommon opportunities to the development of the construction corporations, but also great challenges of fulfilling the tasks that assure safety, quality and benefit. This paper will analyze the specialities of the passenger railways,the equipment requirements to the construction corporations and the strategies and tactics for corporations in the construction of the passenger railways.
