摘 要:将实际地层岩芯破碎,制成带有1mm厚泥饼的碎岩屑。在实验室内,模拟水泥环与地层胶结全过程,分析了泥饼以及采用不同配方的水泥浆,对各种钻屑与油井水泥胶结强度的影响。通过半定量方法对不同的钻屑油井水泥砂浆结石体进行了描述。研究了净油井水泥、沸石油井水泥,沸石、海泡石油井水泥与钻屑的胶结宏观与微观形貌,并借助于扫描电镜分析了3种界面的微观形貌。结果表明:水泥净浆与有泥饼的钻屑根本无胶结。只要是有泥饼存在,不管多薄,都会在井壁上形成不可固化之夹层,使水泥环与地层岩石之间存在不同程度的剥离。泥饼存在,致使胶结强度下降。沸石油井水泥的胶结强度较高,加入海泡石能在界面上起到纤维交联与强化作用。A simple laboratory testing method is established,and by means of this method mechanical bond strength is tested between drilling cutting and oilwell cement rock. The bond strength of different cement slurries such as net oilwell cement slurry,zeolite oilwell cement slurry and zeolite sepiolite oilwell cement slurry sticking to the drilling cutting is determined. The laboratary resrearch results show that cakes can cause the unsolided interbed between oilwell cement rock and stratum, and greatly decreasing thebond strength. Three kinds of possilble relation are described between drilling cutting and oilwell cement rock,i.e. poor-bond, medium bond and tight bond from fractured oilwell cement and drilling cutting concrete. By means of this half quantative mathematical area calculation,the bond state between stratum drilling cutting and oilwell cement is determined.
