两性离子聚合物BY－1及其钻井液体系

摘　　要：两性离子聚合物ＢＹ－１是以含阴、阳、非离子基团的乙烯基或丙烯基单体为原料合成的多元共聚物。本文报导了ＢＹ－１的抑制性、在钻井液中的配伍性和抗温、抗污染性能，简要介绍了ＢＹ－１钻井液的现场试验情况。结果表明，ＢＹ－１能抑制岩屑水化分散，在钻井液中具有良好的配伍性和较强的抗盐、钙污染能力。Amphoteric polymer BY 1 is a novel commercial inhibitory polymer for drilling fluids. In this paper its inhibiting capacity for shale is investigated in different ways and its compatibility with fluid additives of various kinds, heat resistance in thermal rolling, and tolerencies to external contaminants (gyps, cement, NaCl) are determined through changes in properties of BY 1 treated low solid and weighted drilling fluids. The field use of these drilling fluids in 10 wells in Sichuan are described briefly.
