摘　　要：目的：研究景洪哥纳香叶的抗肿瘤活性苯乙烯内酯类成分。方法：采用硅胶色谱柱分离，理化性质、光谱数据鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定7个化合物，其中4个为苯乙烯内酯：（＋）-isoaltholactone（1），goniodiol-7-monoacetate（2），leiocarpin A（3），goniodiol（4），另3个为松乔素（pinocembrin，5），胡萝卜苷（daucosterol，6）和豆甾醇（stigmasterol，7）。结论：化合物1-4体外有抗肿瘤活性，化合物1,2、3为首次从该植物分离得到。AIM： To study the styryllaetones in the leaves of Goniothalam,s cheliensis Hu. METHOD： The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS： Seven compounds were isolated and four of them were identified as styryllactones： （ ＋ ）- isoaltholactone （1）, goniediol-7-monoacetate （2）, leiocarpin A （3）, goniodiol （4）, and other three as pinocembrin （5）, deaucosterol （6） and stigmasterol （7）, CONCLUSION： Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 show cytotoxic activities against human tumor cell lines in vitro. Compounds 1, 2, 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
