摘 要:目的:人工栽培红豆杉是解决红豆杉资源问题的一个重要方法;为了探索人工栽培红豆杉的化学基础,对人工栽培南方红豆杉进行化学研究。方法:人工栽培的南方红豆杉全株的乙醇提取物,经用脱色素、萃取、硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析等方法分离,从其氯仿萃取部位分离鉴定得5个化合物,采用波谱解析(UV,IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)等方法确定其结构。结果:这5个化合物分别为taxuchin B(Ⅰ),10-deacetoxy-baccatinⅢ(Ⅱ),1-βhydroxy-7,9-dideacetylbaccatinⅠ(Ⅲ),1-βaccetoxy-5-deacetyl baccatinⅠ(Ⅳ),isolariciresinol(Ⅴ);其中化合物1为首次从该种植物中分得。结论:人工栽培的南方红豆杉的化学成分同野生的南方红豆杉相近。AIM: To intensively investigate the chemical constituents of Taxus chinensis vat. mairei (Lemee et Levl). METHOD: The whole plant was extracted with ethanol, and the ethanol extract was subjected to extraction with methylene trichloride, which was submitted to chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex column to isolate some compounds Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis(UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1^H NMR, 13C NMR). RESULT: The compounds were identified as taxuchin B (Ⅰ), 10deacetoxy-baccatin Ⅲ[ ( Ⅱ), 1β-hydroxy-7, 9-dideacetylbaecatin Ⅰ ( Ⅲ), 1β-accetoxy-5-deacetyl baccatin Ⅰ ( Ⅳ) and isolariciresinol ( Ⅴ ). Taxuchin B was isolated for the first time from this source. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of planted Taxus nutirei are nearly the same as those of the wild.
