摘　　要：目的:寻找可以作为评价胆木药材及其制剂质量的指标成分,提高胆木药材及其制剂的质量标准。方法:采用柱层析方法分离化学成分,应用光谱法进行结构鉴定;用高效液相色谱法测定其在胆木药材和制剂中的含量。结果:从胆木药材及其注射液中分离、鉴定出1个含量较高的吲哚类生物碱苷异长春花苷内酰胺(isovincoside lactone);建立了胆木药材和注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的HPLC含量测定方法。结论:该成分在胆木药材和注射液中含量较高,可用于胆木药材及其制剂的质量控制。AIM： To find the criterion constituent in Ligrum Naucleae, which can be used to evaluate the quality of Lignum Naucleae and its preparation. METHOD： Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods; suructural identification was based on chemical and spectroscopic evidences. HPLC was used for quantitative analysis of L/gnum Naucleae and its injection. RESULTS： One indole alkaloid was purified and identified as strictosamide. An HPLC method for the determination of strictosamide in Lignum Naucleae and its injection was established. CONCLUSION： Strictosamide was the main constituent of Lignum Naucleae, which can be used to control the quality of Lignum Naucleae and its preparation.
