浙江省区域创新能力现状分析

摘　　要：纵观当今世界,科技创新已成为许多国家的重大发展战略,我国也公布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》,提出把提高自主创新能力作为国家战略,从增强国家创新能力出发,加强原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新。鉴于此,本文从科技资源总量、知识创造能力、企业科技投入、科技资源分布等方面出发,分析了浙江省区域创新能力现状。Scientific and technological innovation has become major development strategy of many countries in the present world. Our government also promulgated the National Outline for Long-and Mid-term Scientific and Technological Development Planning, suggesting to take the enhancement of independent innovative ability as the national strategy and to strengthen the initial innovation, integrated innovation and re-innovation after import, digestion and absorption by raising the national innovative ability. Based upon the scientific and technological resource total amount, intellectual creative ability, enterprises＇ scientific and technological input and scientific and technological resource distribution, the paper analyses the status quo of the regional innovative ability in Zhejiang province.
