摘  要:强化蒸馏是石油加工领域八十年代后期发展起来的新技术。本文在国内首次尝试了采用从工业现场随机采集原料及活化剂样品等尽可能接近工业条件的实验方法,进行了利用炼油厂现有资源强化大庆原油蒸馏过程的实验室研究,结果表明:在生产装置工艺操作条件及产品质量基本不变的条件下,强化后大庆原油的总拨出率可净增1~2个百分点。In the field of crude oil processing, intensifying distillation is a new technology developed in late of 1980is. In order to approachthe industrial production conditions as far aspossible, the experimental method of randomly sampling the crude oil and activator at theindustrial unit site has been tried for the firsttime domestically. With the available resources, the study on intensifying distillationout on a laboratory scale and the industrialapplication simulation on the basis of the experimental results has also been done. Theresults have shown that by the intensifyingdistillation the total yield has been increasedby 1 to 3 percent while the operating conditions and the product quality remain unchanged
