摘 要:目的优选复感康颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法先将方中的白术、陈皮提取挥发油,药渣再同其他药材共水煎煮提取,分别用单因素分析和正交试验法对提取工艺条件进行考察。结果最佳挥发油提取工艺为药材加12倍量水,浸泡1h,提取8h;最佳水提工艺为药材加水提取3次,第1次加10倍量水,第2,3次各加8倍量水,每次均提取1h。结论该工艺为复感康颗粒的最佳提取工艺,经验证其稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the conditions of the extraction process for Fugankang granules, Methods Firsty the volatility oil was extracted from the herbs in formula. Then the residue of herbs and the other herbs were decoeted with water together, The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design, Results The optimal conditions for extracting volatile oil was distillated for 8 h after the herbs were macerated for 1 h with 12 times amount of water. The optimal conditions of water decocting process was that the herbs were decocted for 3 times by adding water, which was 10, 8, 8 times amount of the herbs, with 1 h each time. Conclusion The optimal processes for preparation of Fugankang granules are stable and feasible.
