摘　　要：结合高校图书馆期刊管理工作的实践,提出了端正态度、提高素质、精心订刊、完善制度、热忱服务、美化环境、保证安全等措施,以改善和提高读者服务工作的质量。Connecting with the practice of the periodicals management of university library, this paper puts lorward some measures for improving and increasing the quality of the service for readers of university library such as taking a correct attitude towards work, improving the quality, being meticulous in subscribing the periodicals, perfecting the system, showing the ardor of service, beautifying the environment, and guaranteeing the safety, etc.
