摘　　要：阐述了“农民工”是经济社会转型期出现的特殊群体,论证了“农民工”转化为市民是城市化进程的必然选择,并提出了一些解决措施。This paper expounds the problem of that the ＂rural labor＂ is a special colony occurring in the transformation period of the economic society, demonstrates that transforming the ＂rural labor＂ into the city resident is an inevitable selection of the progress of the urbanization, and puts forward some measures for solving this problem.
