浅析网络环境下高校院部资料室的职能与人员素质要求

摘　　要：高校院部图书资料室是高校各院部最直接为师生服务的图书资料前沿阵地,是为教学科研服务的学术性辅助机构,肩负着为教学科研提供学术信息的重任。随着高校图书馆由传统的模式向着自动化、电子化、数字化、网络化的现代图书馆的转化,也对高校各院部资料室管理人员的素质提出了更高的要求,院部图书资料室管理人员如何尽快适应新环境下的职能,是高校院部图书资料室必须考虑的大事。The reference-rooms of the colleges and departments under the university, which are the front position of providing the most convenient service for teachers and students with books and reference materials, are the auxiliary academic institutions serving the reaching and scientific research, and shoulder the task of providing the academic information for the teaching and scientific research. Along with the changes of the university library from the traditional mode into the modem mode with the automatic, electronic, digital and networking characteristics, the higher quality requirements have been put forward to the librarians of the reference-rooms of each college and department under the unive^sity, they should adapt themselves to the functions under the new environment. This is an important matter needing attention of the reference-rooms of each college and department under the university.
