摘　　要：阐述了层次分析法及其决策程序,通过实例分析,探讨了影响高校新校区建设选址的因素,建立了简便而有效的实用模型,提出了选址方案优选的思路和方法。This paper expounds the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and its decision-making procedures, and through the example analysis, probes into the factors influencing the site-selection of the construction of university＇s new campus, establishes a simple and effective working model, and puts forward the ideas and methods for preferred site-selection scheme.
