摘 要:实验表明:1.将水螅体横切为“头”段—胃腔段—胃腔柄段,无论是同一个体将胃腔段翻转180°后穿接,还是同种二个体间互换胃腔段翻转180°后穿接,大多能愈合为正常水螅,出芽顺序、数目同对照组.2.将水螅体横切为“头”段—含柄胃腔段—柄段,同一个体将含柄胃腔段翻转180°后穿接,80%左右实验动物趋于正常,但出芽顺序、方向与对照组相反,出芽数目是对照组的1.8倍.同种二个体将互换的含柄胃腔段翻转180°后穿接,约有72%的实验个体“头”段和含柄胃腔段各分化出独立的柄,出芽顺序方向与对照组相反,出芽数目是对照组的1.8倍.3.水螅体具有固定的出芽顺序和芽体着生位置,胃腔和柄共同控制水螅芽体发生的位置与方向.The experiment indicated that: 1. The hydra in the same species were intersected into three parts, " head", gastric cavity and stalk with gastric cavity , then the parts which belonged to an individual or the parts which had gastric cavity exchanged were reconnected after turning gastric cavity 180°, however, most of them could heal to normal, the sequence and number of their budding were the same as control. 2. The hydra in the same species were intersected into three parts, "head", gastric cavity with stalk and stalk, the parts which belonged to an individual were reconnected after turning gastric cavity with stalk 180°, in the end, about 80% of experimental animals healed to normal, but their budding sequence and direction were contrary to control, and the number of budding increased to 1.8 times compared with control. The parts which had gastric cavity with stalk exchanged and turned 180° were reconnected, finally, an independent stalk regenerated respectively from "head" and gastric cavity with stalk parts in nearly 72% of treated animals, their budding sequence and direction were contrary to control, the number of budding was 1.8 times as many as control. 3. The hydra had fixed budding sequence and position, the position and direction of budding in hydra were controlled by gastric cavity and stalk.
