摘  要:荆芥为唇形科植物,含芳香油,具特殊的芳香气味.对用水蒸气蒸馏法提取荆芥挥发油进行了讨论,并针对实验过程中出现的问题对实验装置进行多次改装,优化仪器设备,最终采用连续提取法,提取物的产出量增大,挥发油提取率达0.938 6%,实验结果证明此方法切实可行;同时用分步沉淀法分离纯化提取液中的多糖.The schizonepeta is a lip-shape plant, having special fragrant smell , including the fragrant oil. This text has introduced the relevant methods on how to draw the fragrant oil , then draw the oil in the schizonepeta with the distillation law of the vapor, also give the complete description of process of drawing. And repack the experimental device progressively to the realistic problem appearing in the course of drawing. Through several times of drawing,finally the method of extraction in series is adopted and the output rate is 0. 938 6%. The result proves the method is feasible. Smultaneity separate the polysaccharide in the law of sediments step by step.
